Premier Gold Mines Limited (PG:TSX) is pleased to announce that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) will be held on June 17th, 2008, starting at 4:00 p.m./EST. At 4:30, a presentation by Ewan Downie, President and Chief Executive Officer of Premier, will provide a complete corporate update including several exciting developments at Company projects. Analysts and shareholders will have the opportunity to meet, and ask questions of, members of the executive team.
