Stephen McGibbon is a Professional Geologist with over 28 years of exploration, mine production and management experience. He graduated from Queen's University at Kingston, in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geological Sciences. From 1994 until 2006, Stephen served as both Chief Geologist and Exploration Manager for Goldcorp Inc., at its flagship Red Lake Mine operation.

Stephen was a senior member of the team that discovered the "High Grade Zone", the world's highest grade gold deposit and perhaps the most important gold discovery of the last 20 years. In his capacity as Chief Geologist and Exploration Manager, Stephen lead the talented team of geologists that helped transform the marginal, high-cost operation into an unparalleled mining success.

Stephen has established a very successful track record at Premier Gold Mines Ltd., where during his tenure as Executive Vice-President & COO, the company has assembled an enviable portfolio of early and advanced stage exploration projects.
 
PAUL HUET

Paul Huet
Chief Operating Officer

Paul is a graduate of the Stanford School of Business in California as well as the Haileybury School of Mines in Ontario; he has over 24 years of progressive mining experience in a decorated career which has spanned employment in both the Canada and the United States. Since May 2007, Paul was Mine Manager, and more recently was the General Manager for Nevada Operations, at Great Basin Gold Limited since January 2009. In this capacity, Paul assembled and led a team that permitted, built and operated the high grade Hollister Gold Mine and Esmeralda Mill into a +100,000 ounce per year producing asset. Between 2000 and 2007, Paul worked at the Midas Mining Operations of Newmont Mining Corporation in Nevada in various senior capacities including Mine Superintendent and Mine Manager. Paul's Ontario experience includes supervisory and mining positions with Dynatec Mining Corporation and Kinross Gold Corporation in Timmins and Red Lake.

Paul will lead the advancement of the Company's key properties within Ontario and Nevada such that they progress through economic evaluation and potential development in an appropriate and timely manner. With a strong history in US-based project development, Paul will also assist in identifying prospective projects that will grow Premier's US asset base.
 
BRIAN MORRIS
Position:Vice President Exploration

Brian Morris
VP Exploration
With more than 23 years in the mining industry, Brian's experience encompasses exploration and production in Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Colorado and Alaska. His background includes senior management experience with several highly regarded companies, including Hecla, Barrick and Newmont.

Prior to joining Premier, Brian served as Vice-President and General Manager for Rio Grande Silver, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Hecla Mining Company. In this role, Brian was instrumental in the permitting and re-opening of the Equity Mine and in completing a re-evaluation of the Bulldog Mine, both located in Creede, Colorado.

Brian was also formerly employed at Great Basin Gold Limited in Nevada, most notably as North American Exploration and Business Development Manager between 2008 and 2010, and as Chief Geologist of the high-grade Hollister Gold Mine from 2007 to 2008. Brian worked at Newmont Mining Corporation's Midas Operations (2002-2007) in several senior capacities and also served as a senior geologist at their Nevada District Exploration Group. Prior to this, Brian was a production geologist at the high-grade Meikle Mine for Barrick Gold Corporation.

As the new Vice President of Exploration, Brian will help advance Premier's Canadian-based assets and spearhead Premier's Saddle Project in Nevada. He also will assist in identifying prospective US project opportunities to grow the Company's US property portfolio.

Brian holds a B.A. in Geology from Humboldt State University in California.
