| EBE SCHERKUS Position: Chairman, Director Mr. Scherkus brings to Premier 37 years of mineral exploration and mine development experience with a successful history of corporate development. Ebe will play an important role in Premier realizing its future growth objectives as it transitions toward project development. Mr. Scherkus recently retired as President and Chief Operating Officer of Agnico-Eagle Mines Ltd. after a 27-year progressive career with the company that also included serving as Executive Vice-President, Operations from 1998 to 2005; as Vice-President, Operations, from 1996 to 1998; as Manager of the company's La Ronde Division from 1986 to 1996; and as a Project Manager from 1985 to 1986. Mr. Scherkus is a graduate of McGill University (BSc), a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario and the past-president of the Quebec Mining Association. | |
| EWAN S. DOWNIE Position: CEO, President and Director Mr. Downie has over 25 years of experience in the exploration and mining industry and is the founder of Wolfden Resources Inc. He is the 2003 recipient of the Prospectors and Developers Association Of Canada's Bill Dennis Prospector Of The Year award and 2003 recipient of the Developer Of The Year award from the Northwest Ontario Prospectors Association. He was a principal member of the Wolfden Resources Inc. exploration team and is currently a director of several other exploration companies, including Source Exploration Inc., Mega Precious Metals Inc., Newstrike Resources Inc., Gold Standard Ventures Inc., and Benton Resources Inc. | |

KNOWLES, Q.C., H.B.A., LL.B., LL.M., M.B.A. Position: Director With graduate degrees in both law and business, Mr. Knowles was engaged in the practise of law and business in the business and financial communities in Toronto for some 40 years. In addition, he served as the Chairman of the Ontario Securities Commission in the early 1980s, and as Chief Executive Officer of United Financial Management in the mutual fund industry in the late 1980s. Further, over the years he has been a director of several public companies in the mining, manufacturing, oil & gas and insurance sectors. | |
| CLAUDE LEMASSON Position: Director Mr. Lemasson is a professional engineer and graduate of the Kellogg-Schulich Executive MBA program, bringing to Premier more than 20 years of mining development experience in Canada and the United States. Claude previously held senior mine development and operational roles with Goldcorp Inc. including serving as General Manager of Projects for Canada and the U.S., where he was responsible for the advancement of the Eleonore Project and General Manager of the Red Lake Mine. Most recently, Mr. Lemasson served as President, Chief Operating Officer and Director of Guyana Goldfields Inc. | |
| JEAN-PIERRE COLIN, DCS, LL.L., M.B.A. Position: Director Mr. Colin is a Mining Executive and provides corporate strategy consulting services to public companies. He is a Director of Premier Gold Mines Limited (TSX: PG), Director of Xmet Inc. (TSXV: XME), and Director of Global Cobalt Corporation (TSXV: PVS) and also a Special Advisor to the Chairman of BlackRock Metals Inc. From 1980 to 2010, Mr. Colin was an investment banker, leading corporate finance and M&A departments of several securities brokerage houses in Canada. He is the former Faculty of Arts Co-Chair of the Waterloo Advisory Council, the founder of Caratax Management Ltd., a manager of public flow-through share limited partnerships, and a former director of Wolfden Resources Inc., Pelangio Mines Inc., Virginia Gold Mines Inc., and NIM Management, the manager of over $730 million of flow through funds. | |
| JOHN BEGEMAN Position: Director John Begeman is a mining engineer with over 35 years of mining experience. He currently is a Director of Yamana Gold Inc. Previously, Mr. Begeman served as Chief Operating Officer of Zinifex Canada Inc. (formerly Wolfden Resources Inc.), where he was responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company. |
