Mr. Scherkus brings to Premier 37 years of mineral exploration and mine development experience with a successful history of corporate development. Ebe will play an important role in Premier realizing its future growth objectives as it transitions toward project development. Mr. Scherkus recently retired as President and Chief Operating Officer of Agnico-Eagle Mines Ltd. after a 27-year progressive career with the company that also included serving as Executive Vice-President, Operations from 1998 to 2005; as Vice-President, Operations, from 1996 to 1998; as Manager of the company's La Ronde Division from 1986 to 1996; and as a Project Manager from 1985 to 1986. Mr. Scherkus is a graduate of McGill University (BSc), a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario and the past-president of the Quebec Mining Association.

Mr. Downie has over 25 years of experience in the exploration and mining industry and is the founder of Wolfden Resources Inc. He is the 2003 recipient of the Prospectors and Developers Association Of Canada's Bill Dennis Prospector Of The Year award and 2003 recipient of the Developer Of The Year award from the Northwest Ontario Prospectors Association. He was a principal member of the Wolfden Resources Inc. exploration team and is currently a director of two other exploration companies; Mega Precious Metals Inc. and Wolfden Resources Corp.
Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation from August 2006 to June 2012; Chief Executive Officer and director of Sendero Mining since August 2008; Chief Financial Officer of Wolfden Resources Inc. from October 2002 to May 2007; and director and/or officer of various small-cap public companies.

With graduate degrees in both law and business, Mr. Knowles was engaged in the practise of law and business in the business and financial communities in Toronto for some 40 years. In addition, he served as the Chairman of the Ontario Securities Commission in the early 1980s, and as Chief Executive Officer of United Financial Management in the mutual fund industry in the late 1980s. Further, over the years he has been a director of several public companies in the mining, manufacturing, oil & gas and insurance sectors.
Mr. Lemasson is a professional engineer and graduate of the Kellogg-Schulich Executive MBA program, bringing to Premier more than 20 years of mining development experience in Canada and the United States. Claude previously held senior mine development and operational roles with Goldcorp Inc. including serving as General Manager of Projects for Canada and the U.S., where he was responsible for the advancement of the Eleonore Project and General Manager of the Red Lake Mine. Most recently, Mr. Lemasson served as President, Chief Operating Officer and Director of Guyana Goldfields Inc.
John Begeman is a mining engineer with over 35 years of mining experience. He currently is a Director of Yamana Gold Inc. Previously, Mr. Begeman served as Chief Operating Officer of Zinifex Canada Inc. (formerly Wolfden Resources Inc.), where he was responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company.
Mr. Vitton is former Executive Managing Director, Head, US Equity Sales, Bank of Montreal Capital Markets (BMO Capital Markets). As BMO's Head of US Equity Sales, he originated and placed some US $200 billion through public and secondary offerings and M&A transactions until his departure from BMO in 2009. Prior to BMO, Mike was engaged as Managing Director, Burns Fry Ltd., between June 1984 and June 1994.
Mr. Vitton, through Burns Fry Ltd and BMO Capital Markets, has acted as lead/co-lead underwriter or in a M&A capacity in some of the most important deals in the metal resource sector including: Arequipa Resources, Diamond Fields Resources, Echo Bay Mines, Franco Nevada, Getchell Gold, Hemlo Gold, Meridian Gold, Peru Copper, Wheaton River (Goldcorp), Randgold, Ivanhoe Mines, Osisko Mining and many others.
As the co-founder and director of Manabi Mining SA, an iron ore and logistics company based in Brazil, he participated in raising US $850 million for the company. Mike was also the co-founder and former director of MMX Mineracao e Metalicos SA (Brazil) and LLX Logistica SA (Brazil). MMX sold Minas Rio and Amapa assets to Anglo American Corporation for US $5.5 billion in cash in December 2008, returning US $8.8 billion in cash or stock distributions to MMX IPO shareholders, offering six times return after only two years.
Mr. Vitton is a Graduate (1980) of the University of Michigan Business School; Former Seat Holder, NYSE; and former President, New York Society of Metals Analysts.
